Order Processing & Dispatch
- Standard Queue: Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within two business days.
- Priority Processing: If selected at checkout, your order will bypass the standard queue for accelerated handling. Please note that Priority Processing shortens the fulfillment time at our facility; it does not alter or expedite the courier's transit time once the package has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery typically takes between 7 and 15 business days, depending on your geographic location.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates rather than absolute guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, adverse weather conditions, or peak seasonal volumes. A tracking number will be sent to your email address immediately upon dispatch.

Shipment Address Corrections
Please review your shipping details thoroughly prior to completing your purchase. If you detect an error, contact our support team via email within 12 hours of placing your order. We will gladly update the information if the package has not yet left our facility. Once a shipment has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to redirect or modify the delivery address.
