Buying from cozyinfants means agreeing to these terms. 

Prices

Prices are in USD. Any price shown as struck through is the regular price we charge outside a promotion. Promotions run for a stated period and end when that period ends.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we email you a dispatch confirmation. If an item is out of stock or a price is listed in error, we may decline the order and refund you in full. We'll always tell you why.

What the product is

Patty Paws is a soothing comfort companion for supervised use. It is not a medical device, not a sleep aid, and makes no claim to improve sleep, treat colic, reflux, or any medical condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice: talk to your paediatrician about your baby's care.

Liability

We're responsible for supplying a product that matches its description and is fit for its stated purpose. We're not liable for harm resulting from use that contradicts the Safe use & care page, particularly use in a sleep space or without supervision. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
