Gently warm, think a hand fresh out of a pocket, not a hot water bottle. Thirty seconds in the microwave is enough, and the warmth fades over about an hour. Always test the palms against your own wrist first, exactly as you would a bottle.
A soft minky-dot outer, hypoallergenic PP cotton filling through the body, and natural adzuki beans sealed inside the two palm pouches. The beans are what hold the warmth and give the arms their gentle weight.
Unzip and remove the bean pouches and the remote unit, then machine wash the cover cold on a gentle cycle and air dry. The pouches themselves should only ever be spot-cleaned, never submerged.
